I don't get why this game encourages you to be strategically retarded. The kings however went up 200-400 points. I studied one of the random lords for 2 months, his renown didn't budge from 681 in that entire time. The only thing I can do at this point in the game is get better gear and do quests because I can't fight Kings and I can't take castles unless the retarded AI helps me. I don't want to have to cheat to overcome these retarded game limitations. I need more men to take castles, 103 vs 350 is impossible with confined space and archer bullet storms on both sides. Tournaments don't give me anything, quests and doing stacked battles. I know about all that but it isn't giving me any more renown regardless of what I do. It works different from what the player has to deal with. The renown of lords is based on their level, and their party size does also depend on the amount of fiefs they have. Have you checked your renown after the battles, or did you just noticed that it is somewhat?ĭo you play a mods, it might change things?
